How do I book the studio?
What are your studio hours?
Can we schedule a tour of the venue?
Yes, we encourage all potential clients to schedule a tour of the studio to experience the space in person and ask any questions you may have. Simply give our team a call to set up your visit.
Where are your restrooms?
Guest restrooms are located in the Building E common area just outside our studio and require a key and access code. Please see our front desk attendant for assistance.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
We have a wheelchair ramp at the entrance of our venue. Our venue is handicap accessible, our ceremonial room is on the first floor of our venue.
What are your health and safety protocols?
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. Please ask about our current health and safety measures in place.
Do you provide insurance for damages or accidents?
We recommend that all clients carry their own liability insurance or secure coverage through the third-party rental platforms we partner with, such as Peerspace, Airbnb, or Glasdoor. If you have questions or need guidance on coverage options, we’re happy to discuss them with you.
Is there parking available?
Absolutely! You’ll find free parking in the lot located behind our studio.
Can I bring my own decor, props, and equipment?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own props or equipment. Just let us know in advance, especially if there’s anything that requires special setup.
Is there a deposit required to secure the booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your booking, which will be applied to your total rental fee. Refer to your contract for specific details.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Additional fees may apply for extra equipment, extended hours, or special requests. Please inquire for specifics.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. However, our cancellation policy may vary depending on the project, so please refer to your contract for specific terms or contact us directly for details. Requests made within 72 hours of your booking are non-refundable, and rescheduling is subject to venue availability.
Wedding Venue
What is included in the wedding venue rental fee and wedding ceremony packages?
We have different wedding ceremony packages that list what each package includes; see wedding venue packages page on our website.
The hourly rental fee for the “Only You” package includes only the venue space for your ceremony. No chairs, No décor are included, just the (500 sqft) open venue space. Our Clients are advised to bring in outside vendors when reserving the “Only You” package. We offer a flat rate to add on our photography and/or videography services if requested for the “Only You” package.
Our couples also have the option to add on our videography services to any wedding ceremony package that doesn’t include our videography services.
What is the capacity of the venue?
12 people max for all wedding ceremony packages, including the bride and groom.
20 people max for wedding venue hourly rentals, including bride, groom, and vendors.
Do you offer catering services?
No catering services, only outside beverages are allowed in the main wedding venue area, no food. Plastic champagne flutes only, glass bottles are acceptable.
Are there any restrictions on vendors?
We don’t charge an extra fee for any outside vendors except for outside photographers and/or videographers.
We charge an additional $500.00 fee to bring in any outside photographer and/or videographer vendor(s).
What is the booking and payment process?
Complete the form on the booking page and fill in as many details as possible about your special day and choose a package, check the calendar to see if your date is available, schedule a discovery call with our team, receive a breakdown of what we discussed, sign the contract, pay the deposit to secure your date. All major credit cards are accepted. No checks or cash are accepted. You must complete the full payment before the day of your booking.
Are there any additional fees?
There is an additional non-refundable incidental fee applied to each booking.
What time can we access the venue for setup?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start time for all wedding ceremony packages except the “Only You”package. When booking the “Only You” hourly rental package please book enough time for setup and breakdown, including when you can start decorating and when the venue needs to be cleaned up.
Are there accommodations nearby?
We are 5 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip and Sphere. There are several hotels nearby our venue. For reception options after your ceremony, we are located next door to Olive Garden and Blueberry Hill restaurant.
Can we hold our ceremony and reception in the same location?
We only offer a ceremony space for our weddings, no reception space. We are 5 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip and Sphere, with tons of dining options.
Are there any restrictions on music or decorations?
There are no restrictions on music or decorations. Please email a link to our team for any music requests during the time of booking, no last minute music requests will be accommodated for your ceremony the day off.
What is the staff-to-guest ratio?
We provide 1 staff member on site to assist with any venue questions and to help your ceremony run smoothly.
What if we have specific layout or design requests?
For the “Only You” hourly rental package we are flexible and are open to accommodate your vendors desired layout for your ceremony, please send any sample setups for our team to view and approve prior.
Do you provide a day-of coordinator?
We provide 1 staff member on site to assist with any venue questions and to help your ceremony run smoothly for each package at no additional cost.
What if I’m running late?
You have a 15 minute grace period for all wedding ceremony packages.
For the “Cloud 9” wedding ceremony package, where will the limo pick us up from and drop us back off after the private plane ride?
The limo picks our couples up from our wedding venue and takes them to N. Las Vegas airport for the 30 minute private plane ride. The limo will drop our couples back off at our wedding venue following the plane ride. Free Parking for your vehicle at our venue.
Photography & Green Screen Studio
What types of photography do you accommodate?
Our studio is versatile and can accommodate various types of photography, including portraits, product photography, fashion shoots, events, and more.
What type of backdrops and what colors do you provide?
Our studio provides two backdrop options:
20’ x 20’ white muslin fabric wrinkle-free backdrop, and
20’ x 20’ chroma key green muslin fabric wrinkle-free backdrop
What amenities are included with the studio rental?
Our studio rental hourly fee includes your choice between our 20’ x 20’ white backdrop and 20’ x 20’ chroma key green backdrop. (3) point arial truss lighting (RGB) setup.
For an additional fee, you can
• add on additional lighting equipment, changing room and makeup areas
• add on our studio photographer and or studio videographer(s) with camera(s) and audio equipment (up to 4 microphones). Our Studio Videographer(s) Camera Equipment includes: Up to (3) Cameras; (1) Black Magic 6K Pro Pocket Cinema Camera and (2) Black Magic Studio Cameras 4K Plus G2.
How much does it cost to rent the studio?
Base rental rate is $125.00 per hour. Final Pricing varies based on the duration of the rental and the specific additional services you require. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

What if I need support during my shoot?
We offer on-site assistance included in the base rental rate [$125.00 per hour]; A photographer’s assistant, or technical support to help ensure your session runs smoothly.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own props or equipment. Just let us know in advance, especially if there’s anything that requires special setup.

Virtual Production Studio
What is a virtual production studio?
A virtual production studio integrates live-action filming with virtual and augmented reality technology, we use a green screen backdrop, real-time rendering, and motion capture to create immersive environments.
What services do you offer in the virtual production studio?
Our studio offers a range of services, including:
• 20’ x 20’ green screen backdrop (4 person max per scene)
• Camera tracking and motion capture
• Virtual set design
• Real-time rendering
• Camera, Lighting and sound equipment rentals (all inclusive packages available)
• Production support and consulting
What is the pricing structure for booking the studio?
Pricing typically depends on several factors, including studio duration, equipment rental, labor costs, and any additional services required. Please contact us for a customized quote.
How far in advance should I book the studio?
We recommend booking at least several weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for high-demand dates. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
What technical equipment is available for use in the studio?
Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
- Green screen backdrop (20’ x 20’)
- Black Magic Camera systems (including various sigma lens options)
- (3) Cameras; (1) Black Magic 6K Pro Pocket Cinema Camera and (2) Black Magic Studio Cameras 4K Plus G2
- Motion tracking systems

Do you provide technical support during the shoot?
Yes, we provide on-site technical support to assist with all equipment and software during your production. Our experienced technicians are available to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Are there any restrictions on what can be filmed in the studio?
While most projects can be accommodated, certain activities or content types may require prior approval. Please discuss your project details with us during the booking process.
Can you help with post-production services?
Yes we can connect you with our trusted team and partners for post-production services such as editing, VFX, and color grading.
Can I change my booking details after confirming the reservation?
We understand that changes may occur. Please inform us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications to your booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer training sessions for using the virtual production technology?
Yes! We provide training sessions for clients who wish to familiarize themselves with the technology before their shoot. Please inquire about training availability and scheduling.
